Privacy Policy

RITSL operates Bestpartyideas and is responsible for the personal information described here. Postal address: Lausanne.

Information we collect

We collect the delivery email, party details, child profile supplied by the host, optional child photo, generated kit and files, order and payment status, support messages, and basic security information such as IP-derived request limits. Stripe receives payment details directly; Bestpartyideas does not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver the purchased kit, provide secure order access, prevent fraud and abuse, handle support and refunds, fulfill optional merchandise, maintain the service, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use child photos for advertising.

Child profiles and photos

A premium photo may be uploaded only by an adult who confirms that they are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized. The photo is shared with our image-generation provider solely to create the requested private visuals. It is not placed in public galleries. Private photo uploads, personalized images, custom-song audio, and personalized merch artwork are scheduled for deletion after 30 days by default. Hosts should download needed media promptly and should not submit school, health, contact, or other details that are not needed for the kit.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payment, OpenAI for plan and image generation, ElevenLabs for music generation, Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for database hosting, Resend for delivery email, and Printful for optional merchandise. Each provider receives only the information needed for its task and processes it under its own security and privacy terms. Processing may occur outside your state or country with the safeguards offered by those providers.

Retention and security

Media follows the deletion window above. Order, payment, consent, and support records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, dispute and fraud handling, accounting, and applicable law, then deleted or de-identified. We use encrypted transport, restricted order sessions, private storage, access controls, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

Bestpartyideas uses a strictly necessary, secure order-access cookie so the purchasing browser can reopen its private kit. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If analytics or optional cookies are introduced, this policy and the consent controls will be updated first.

Your choices and rights

Completed orders can be permanently deleted from the private order page once generation and merchandise fulfillment no longer need the files. A fresh private access link can be requested with the order number and delivery email. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw photo-processing consent for future processing. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law requires it. We will verify a request using the delivery email or secure order session before acting.
